The beauty industry has been not-so-eco-friendly in the past and at Salon Society we are dedicated to making positive changes to be as green and eco-friendly as possible! Our mission is to make a positive impact on the environment while providing exceptional products and services to our clients. 

And with that in mind, here are our Eco Commitments to you!

1. Environmental Responsibility

We will prioritize the protection of the environment by reducing waste, conserving energy, and promoting recycling and responsible disposal practices. A big step we have already made towards eco-friendly practices was becoming a Green Circle Salon on day one! The Green Circle Salon program allows us to recycle many beauty waste products that would otherwise be headed to the landfill -- including colour tubes, foils, hair, and more! ​

2. Sustainable Products & Responsible Sourcing

​We carefully select suppliers and partners who share our commitment to sustainability. We prioritize working with companies that adhere to ethical labour practices and follow environmentally friendly production methods. 

As Regina’s only Kerastase salon, it is a privilege to be able to provide absolutely amazing products to our clients AND feel good about knowing the company's commitment to the planet is right in line with our values! Kerastase hopes to generate a sustainable circle of care in the professional luxury hair care world, from sourcing and manufacturing to formulas and packaging. ​3. Education and Awareness

​We believe in empowering our employees and customers with knowledge and resources to make informed decisions for a more sustainable lifestyle. We actively promote our Kerastase Bring Back Your Bain recycle program and take constant feedback from our team on ideas for eco-improvement in our salon space!

​4. Continuous Improvement

​We are dedicated to ongoing change and improvement to continue adapting and adding new eco solutions that further reduce our environmental impact. We regularly review and refine our practices, seeking ways to improve efficiency, minimize waste, and enhance sustainability!!
