Our SASO crew regularly attends courses, workshops, conferences, and certification programs with industry experts that cover a wide range of cutting, colouring, styling, and treatment techniques. Sometimes we are lucky enough to have classes locally and sometimes we get the opportunity to travel so we can learn from the best of the best! Not only do these experiences help us to improve our technical skills, but we also get to grow personally and professionally.

​It’s one thing to know the benefits of using salon-quality products and tools, but we always want to be able to answer any questions our clients have about the products we use and sell. The majority of the products we use during services are products that we sell and also products that we use religiously ourselves! Our crew attends product knowledge classes to be able to learn and ask questions so that we can use our products effectively, and so we can give our clients personalized recommendations and solutions to their hair concerns. As Regina’s exclusive Kerastase retailer, we are so proud to have certified Kerastase experts on our team!

​Everyone on our team takes great pride in giving our clients the best when it comes to service and skills. A big step we have already made towards eco-friendly practices was becoming a Green Circle Salon on day one! The Green Circle Salon program allows us to recycle many beauty waste products that would otherwise be headed to the landfill -- including colour tubes, foils, hair, and more! ​

​We carefully select suppliers and partners who share our commitment to sustainability. We prioritize working with companies that adhere to ethical labour practices and follow environmentally friendly production methods. 

As Regina’s only Kerastase salon, it is a privilege to be able to provide absolutely amazing products to our clients AND feel good about knowing the company's commitment to the planet is right in line with our values! Kerastase hopes to generate a sustainable circle of care in the professional luxury hair care world, from sourcing and manufacturing to formulas and packaging. We prioritize working with companies that adhere to ethical labour practices and follow environmentally friendly production methods. As Regina’s only Kerastase salon, it is a privilege to be able to provide absolutely amazing products to our clients AND feel good about knowing the company's commitment to the planet is right in line with our values! Kerastase hopes to generate a sustainable circle of care in the professional luxury hair care world, from sourcing and manufacturing to formulas and packaging.

​For more than 30 years, Kérastase has been committed to a world without animal testing and has pioneered alternative methods of assessing safety that do not involve animals.

​Since 2015, their factory in Burgos, Spain has been carbon neutral, thanks to improved energy efficiency and 100% renewable energy use. Additionally, since 2017, their product facility has been a “waterloop factory”. This means that 100% of the water used for production is recycled and reused in a closed loop. Eternal network water is only used in the composition of products or for employees' day-to-day needs. In 2020, the factory saved 32 million litres of water!!!

So now you can use amazing hair care and feel good knowing you are supporting sustainability for our planet. Of course, we all have to do our parts too -- make sure to recycle those empty product containers, conserve water when doing treatments, and improve your home eco-practices!
