Important fine print details…
- SASO PERKS is our Salon Society loyalty points program.
- Points are earned when you visit us for services and purchase products.
- In order to collect and use points you must be an active email subscriber to our Vagaro booking system.
- Points can be used towards the SASO PERKS offerings of the month.
- Every month a new set of offerings will be issued by email, if nothing new is released you may continue to redeem the offerings from the previous month until new offerings are released.
How many points do I have?
- You can find your loyalty points balance by logging into your Vagaro customer portal (what you use to book your appointments).
- You can find the current loyalty points offerings only through email to our email subscribers.
- Remember: In order to collect and use points you must remain an active email subscriber to the Vagaro booking system.
How do I redeem points?
- Step 1 : Book an appointment + current SASO PERKS offering
- Step 2 : Come for your scheduled appointment + enjoy your perks!
- Points can only be redeemed in-salon and with an appointment (excluding consultation appointments).
- Points can only be redeemed on the current month’s offerings.
- While supplies last
Important fine print details…
- Points may be redeemed only by the account holder, ID is required to redeem. Parents can redeem points for children under the age of 14.
- SASO PERKS cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts, including Golden Tickets.
- Points hold no cash value.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be gifted to other profiles.
- Points cannot be refunded after redeemed for any reason.
- Points will be voided upon cancellation under 48 hours notice or no-show.
- Points will be voided after 365 days of inactivity.
Zero tolerance for abuse or bullying any of our staff members regarding points, rules etc.
SASO points perks are meant to be fun and uplifting. We created the program with loyalty and gifting in mind. We will accept only kindness and understanding in any dealings with the program. We reserve the right to cancel the program at any time if the spirit of the program is lost. We are a small business, we try our best each day. However, we cannot operate as big corporations do, so we must limit our offerings and be strict with our policies.
