As Salon Manager at Salon Society, I’m here to support our team and ensure every client experience runs smoothly from start to finish. I’m the go-to person for anything the salon needs—whether it’s improving the client experience, keeping things organized behind the scenes, or helping staff troubleshoot day-to-day challenges. My approach is calm, intentional, and detail-driven, making sure our salon operates efficiently while maintaining the high level of service our clients expect. I work closely with our front desk team, stylists, estheticians, and technicians answer questions, and offer hands-on support when needed. From onboarding new team members to refining the customer experience, I love creating a collaborative, positive environment where everyone feels empowered and valued. When I’m not behind the chair or managing the salon, I enjoy spending time at home, exploring new foods, travelling, and moving my body in ways that support overall health and balance. |
