Our SASO crew regularly attends courses, workshops, conferences, and certification programs with industry experts that cover a wide range of cutting, colouring, styling, and treatment techniques. Sometimes we are lucky enough to have classes locally and sometimes we get the opportunity to travel so we can learn from the best of the best! Not only do these experiences help us to improve our technical skills, but we also get to grow personally and professionally.

​It’s one thing to know the benefits of using salon-quality products and tools, but we always want to be able to answer any questions our clients have about the products we use and sell. The majority of the products we use during services are products that we sell and also products that we use religiously ourselves! Our crew attends product knowledge classes to be able to learn and ask questions so that we can use our products effectively, and so we can give our clients personalized recommendations and solutions to their hair concerns.
