A: “It’s a treatment that changes the hair’s structure by reacting with the disulfide bonds — those are the bonds responsible for your natural texture. We gently loosen them, then use a precise ironing process to set the hair into its new form. It’s a gentle transformation that works beautifully with colour services and is resistant to chlorine and salt damage.
